Click 'Extract All Files' in the dialog box that appears and enter a folder name or click 'Browse...' to select the folder and location in which you want to store the WordPress files. The decompression utility will decompress and store the files.
4.Double-click the .zip archive in Mac OS X. It will automatically decompress all of the contents into a separate folder in the same location where you saved the original archive.
5.Upload the uncompressed files using an FTP client or your hosting company's control panel as you wish.

Warning
- Make sure you download the .zip archive version of the WordPress files and not another compressed archive version. Opening other types of compressed archives requires additional software and these archives are no more reliable than .zip archives.
